Holiday 2014

Thank you so much for a wonderful 2014 - my 10th year in business!  I'll be working and shipping until the last minute, here is my shipping schedule:

For stock US orders hoping to be received before Christmas, please order before 12/18.  I will ship until 12/19 via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx for larger orders/platters, but that can take 2-4 days in transit once I pack and ship (shipping from just outside Chicago).
Arrangements can be made for home/studio pickup from 12/15-12/19 in Oak Park, IL, please email me via the Contact link at the top.  I have shows in Chicago on 12/13-14 and 12/20 (see Events for details) for any last minute shopping needs (I'll be bringing limited stock, so please contact me if there's something special you'd like me to bring).

I will be out of the studio from 12/20-1/4, but answering emails every few days.  Orders placed during this time will ship after I return.

Happy holidays and best wishes for a healthy & happy 2015!

Interested in carrying Kiku Handmade fused glass goods?  Sounds great!

Please tell us a little bit about your store or gallery. Once you've been approved, we'll email you login information for wholesale access to the online catalog.  You may place your orders online or via fax, email  or phone. Order exactly what you see in the catalog or custom order stock designs in your own color choices. Have an image you'd like to see on glass?  Just let Laurie know, she's happy to do custom work for your store.

Kiku’s initial minimum order is $200 - there is never a minimum on reorders. Initial orders must be prepaid with a check or with Visa/MC/AmEx (payments are processed when the order ships). Net terms may be made available for established US accounts. International stores will need to arrange pre-payment with me via credit card/Paypal. On Net accounts, checks are the preferred method of payment and prices reflect a 3% cash discount.  Shipping time varies with the season, but please allow 1-3 weeks for most jewelry and buckle orders to ship. Housewares and custom work usually take an additional 2-4 weeks to make and ship but can take longer during peak seasons.  Kiku ships via USPS Priority Mail insured for small packages and FedEx for larger packages, and shipping charges are based on weight (there are never handling or packaging fees).
