Bee on Honeycomb Slab Necklace

Yellow bees silkscreened on top of a big piece of transparent amber glass which is then flipped over and silkscreened with a yellow honeycomb pattern and layered under clear glass and fused - the bee image is sandwiched in the middle, the honeycomb is on the bottom. After it's annealed and cooled, I cut the individual pendants on a diamond saw, then put them back into the kiln to fire polish the edges.

Tiny holes are drilled for the sterling silver jump rings, then it's hung from a 1.5mm sterling silver 'rolo' chain to which I've attached 2" of adjustable links at the end to assure you can wear it different necklines (image below). Please choose from a 14-16" or 16-18" adjustable chain when ordering.

Pendant measures approximately 1 1/2" w by 1 1/4" tall, and is 1/4" thick, making it a more durable piece with more depth than my single-layer 'disc' pendants.

Please note that these pendants are handcut from one large design, and individual patterns, shapes and sizes will vary slightly.
