Fused Glass cufflinks are made by silkscreening glass 'ink' onto cut glass, then fusing in a kiln to about 1500 degrees. I create the artwork for them, make a screen and print the design onto Bullseye glass with fine enamel powders, layer them with another matched piece of glass for durability, then fire + anneal them in my kiln. I follow up with a little edge grinding to maintain the shape, which gives them a nice, matte edge which creates a great sense of depth, and finally glue on the cufflink backs with a super strong glue. Each piece is made here in my studio by me - please note that cufflinks may vary slightly from the images here due to their handmade nature.
